RDO-5% bonus

The ‘RDO-5% bonus’ promotion conditions.

1. General information

The promotion’s name: ‘RDO-5% bonus’.
Duration of the promotion: the 15th of October 2021 through the 31st of December 2021.
The promotion’s participants: Clients of FIBO Group, Ltd (BVI) who opened and activated an MT4 NDD account in the RDO base currency in the promotion’s duration period.
New FIBO Group clients and those who have already signed up can both participate in the promotion.
Bonus MT4 NDD account — a live account participating in the ‘RDO-5% bonus’ promotion program.

2. Terms of participation

The bonus is credited to each FIBO Group, Ltd client (BVI) who:

• Opened an MT4 NDD account and chose RDO as the account base currency in one’s Client Area in the duration dates of the promotion.
• Made a deposit with any available option including internal transfer.

3. Bonus calculation and crediting terms

The bonus amounts to 5% of a deposit.
E.g.: A client opens an MT4 NDD live trading account in the RDO base currency and makes a deposit of USD 1 000.
The bonus amount, in this case, shall be USD 50.
The account is credited with the bonus funds automatically as soon as the deposit is cleared.
Bonus funds are stored in the account’s balance permanently.
Bonus funds can be credited till the 31st of December 2021.

4. Funds withdrawal

Bonus funds may be withdrawn from a live trading account with no extra conditions in 3 months after the date they were credited.
Early withdrawal of bonus funds is not available. The bonus funds are written off in case the initial deposit is withdrawn. Profits received from trading with bonus funds can be withdrawn with no limitation.

5. Limitations

The bonus is credited exclusively for the deposits to an MT4 NDD account in the RDO base currency.
Funds deposited to an MT4 NDD account in an internal transfer also participate in the promotion.
The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel the bonus at any time. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences of the bonus cancellation including Margin Call and Stop Out.
A client reserves the right to open a dispute on bonus cancellation/rejection within 3 business days by submitting their complaint in the ‘Submit complaint’ section of one’s Client Area.
A client has the right to open only one bonus account to participate in the promotion.

6. Changes in the promotion’s terms

The Company reserves the right to make changes in the promotion’s terms and also to terminate the promotion at any time with no prior notice.
The information on the terms’ updates shall be published on the FIBO Group, Ltd (BVI) web-site, the ‘FIBO Group — Promotions’ section.

1. General terms

   1. The name of the promo is Get Lucky 20%.
   2. Promotion period: since the 24th of December, 2018 till the 1st of April, 2019.
   3. Participants are: clients of FIBO Group Ltd (BVI), who opened a trading account of a certain type in the period of the promo.
   4. Bonus account — trading account which takes part in one of the company’s promos.
   5. A client shall have the right to open one bonus account only.
   6. The maximum leverage for a bonus account is 1:100, which cannot be increased afterwards.
   7. Minimum deposit for opening a bonus account shall amount to 50 USD.

2. Conditions of participation

   1. The bonus shall be credited to the trading account of the clients who:
      1. in the period of the promo opened a real account of one of the following types MT4 Fixed, MT4 NDD, MT4 NDD No Commission by registering on the company’s official web-site or in Client’s Area, having marked the box next to “Bonus Programs” option and selected Get Lucky 20% from the list in the account opening form.
      2. activated the account (deposited funds).

3. Calculation of the bonus part

   1. The amount of the bonus is 20% of the amount deposited, but not exceeding $10 000.
   2. The bonus shall be credited automatically after each successful deposit during the period of the promo.
   3. The bonus may be used as margin.

4. Withdrawal of funds

   1. The bonus may be withdrawn only after completing the necessary number of orders $2.5 of bonus for a standard lot (100 000 of base currency).
   2. Partial withdrawal is restricted. The profits gained at a bonus account may be withdrawn with no restriction.
   3. In case of withdrawal from a bonus account, the volume of bonus funds shall be decreased accordingly in proportion with the remaining funds.
   4. Deposit calculation: the amount deposited *20% = the amount added to the bonus account
   5. Withdrawal calculation: the amount withdrawn*20% = the amount of bonus funds to be deducted from the bonus account
   6. The funds from bonus account shall only be withdrawn to a regular trading account via inner transfer. Withdrawals from a regular account aren’t restricted.

5. Bonus restrictions

   1. The bonus shall be applied to only those funds credited via direct replenishment using any of the available methods in Client’s Area, “Deposit Funds” section.
   2. Funds credited to a bonus account via an inner transfer do not take part in bonus calculation.
   3. The company shall reserve the right to cancel the bonus if there’re reasons to suppose that the funds credited to a bonus account were previously withdrawn from other real accounts (via any payment agent or system), including but not limited to bank transfers or using other payment gateways etc. In no event will the company be liable to a client for possible negative results of bonus cancellation including Margin Call and Stop Out.
   4. The following restrictions shall take place in the terms of the present promo:
      1. Only those positions that last more than 3 minutes count for bonus withdrawal.
      2. During the period of promo, negative balance is not compensated.
      3. In case the volume of funds is equal or less than the amount of bonus, the company shall reserve the right to close open positions until a necessary amount is credited or till the end of the bonus period.
      4. When calculating a lock position, only half of the locked volume is considered.
   5. If any fraudulent operation with bonus account is suspected, the Company shall reserve the right to eliminate the account and exclude it from the promo, cancel the bonus and withdraw it from the account with no prior notice.
   6. The agreement is accepted as public offer and confirms that the client has agreed to the Conditions.
   7. A client understands and agrees that MetaTrader 4 terminal shall reflect the volume of bonus amount in “Margin level”

6. Change of the promo’s conditions

   1. The company shall reserve the right to apply changes to the promo’s conditions or cancel an active promo without prior notice.
   2. The information regarding the changes to the promo shall be published on the company’s official web-site FIBO Group, Ltd (BVI), “Clients — Promotions” section.
